We feel that quality products deserve quality representation. As agents to our manufacturers, we consider ourselves fully responsible to them for successful sales. We offer comprehensive representation of their lines and assure satisfaction.

Customer Service

Since our founding in 1953, the guiding philosophy of Gourley Company has been to assure satisfaction to our customers before, during and after the sale by establishing fair and mutually profitable long-term relationships. Our customer base includes Engineers, Utilities, Wholesalers, and Contractors.

Gourley provides start-up, in warranty, and general field service for all products we represent. Gourley Company has also expanded its service to include other residential and commercial water heaters.

Outside Sales

Our outside sales team offer knowledgeable sales, application and service assistance to plumbing/heating wholesalers, merchandising gas and electric utilities, and restaurant and laundry supply companies in the New England area.
